LCD – All Recipes, Salad Dressing
2 tablespoons Italian or French wine vinegar
1 garlic clove minced
5 tablespoons cold-pressed virgin olive oil
2 heaped tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
Pinch sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
(DF, GF, NF, V)
Combine vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper.
Gradually whisk in the oil.
Garnish with parsley.
